True Flat Scan Path

A common problem with many computed radiography scanners is that phosphor screens are damaged over time as they are bent, folded, or bumped. 3600 overcomes this dilemma through our True Flat Scan Path™ (TFSP) technology. Our phosphor screens never leave the protecting casings of the cassette, thus preserving image quality and preventing damage during image acquisition.

TFSP offers long-term excellence in image quality. It promises over 300,000+ images per phosphor screen. No one in the market has come close to this level of quality assurance, which is why iCRco maintains its position as a world leader in computed radiography solutions.

ICE-2 is the next generation of image processing. We upgraded our processing algorithm to enhance visuals, maximize resolution, and offer advanced evaluation tools for image manipulation. Our automatic image processing package increases visualization of fine-line detail and soft-tissue contrast. The Smart Smoothing™ technology improves image quality while preserving diagnostic detail for thicker body parts.

iCRco’s ultra-thin and lightweight cassettes are composed of carbon fiber, aluminum, and steel. This robust framework is designed to withstand a demanding work environment. In addition to standard phosphor, 3600 offers Crystal IP™’.

Through Crystal IP technology, specially grown crystals are positioned side-by-side to provide a higher phosphor packing density than the industry standard. The crystals guide electromagnetic waves, reducing light spread in the phosphor layer. This results in ultra-high resolution images and high x-ray absorption at a much lower dose than the average phosphor screen.

3600+ Upgrade


The iCR3600+ is a high resolution large format computed radiography machine that can be used in all areas of general radiology or high resolution extremities or mammography imaging. Unlike our 3600, the 3600+ can achieve up to 10/line pairs per millimeter at a scanning resolution of 50 microns.

3600+ is available as a system upgrade allowing for a much higher resolving capability. It is paired with the fluid image acquisition software XC™. With touch screen capable XC, you get superior quality images every time with an option to further manipulate the images to the physician’s preference.

3600+ is also known as 3600M.
